Dambulla cave temple -
A temple is renowned for its mural paintings and Buddhist statues (this is yet another UNESCO world heritage sites).

Minneriya National Park

Day 4 - Kandy

Temple of the tooth -
One of the foremost sacred places of worship of the Buddhist world. Relic of the tooth of the Buddha is securely enshrined in this temple.

Kandy city tour -
Take a stroll in the city known as the hill capital of the island.

Peradeniya Gardens

Day 5 - Colombo

Pinnawala elephant orphanage (on route to Colombo) -
Spend the morning hours with the gentle beasts of the animal kingdom and enjoy their day to day routine.

Take a city tour of Colombo -
Visit Gangarama Temple, Old Parliament, light house, Independence Square and Pettah Markets
